Happy Friday Friends!

I’m in NYC this morning feeling the holiday spirit after experiencing the best Christmas Lights Tour I’ve ever been too! I will do a full recap of A Slice of Brooklyn’s magical Dyker Height’s Christmas Lights tour on Monday. So stay tuned for that!

There is something about New York at Christmas time and that’s where I start my favorites this week…

New York City During Holiday Time

Christmas time in NYC a something special and something I hope everyone gets to experience once in their lives! I love taking in all the holiday displays, lights and festivities! What’s your favorite thing you’ve done in NYC during the holiday season?!

Raaka Chocolate Gifts

Taking another tour with A Slice of Brooklyn reminded me about my Chocolate Tour experience this past summer. (That yummy recap here!) I absolutely loved Raaka Chocolate’s mission and different innovative flavors.

One of their gift bundles would make the perfect gift for the chocolate/dessert lover on your list! Or anyone because who doesn’t love chocolate?!

OtterBox/Lifeproof Phone Cases

I got the new iPhone 8 as an early Christmas present this week and I’m loving it! I’m always so nervous about phone upgrades, but once I start using it I’m like why didn’t I do this sooner?!

OtterBox || Protects your phone from those enviable drops, scratches and those random diasters we all know happen. I’ve had Otterbox cases for years because my phones last longer!

Since, I knew I was in the market to upgrade I took advantage of the Cyber Monday sales (THEY ARE STILL ON SALE!!!) on Amazon and bought new phone cases. These two cases are LIFESAVERS when I’m traveling and can be great gifts for anyone on your list!Lifeproof || Protects your phone in all different elements! Perfect for boating, skiing, hanging by the pool or Iceland type trips 😉

Wedding Dress Shopping

Last Saturday I went wedding dress shopping for my sister with my mom and her best friend. She didn’t say yes to the dress yet, but she narrowed down what she’s looking for. There are so many styles out there, I even felt overwhelmed!

I’m excited to go for round two later today but this time for my best friend! Can’t wait to try on some bridesmaid dresses too😊

A Very Pentonix Christmas

My mom and I happened to catch A Very Pentatonix Christmas on repeat Wednesday night and it couldn’t have made me happier. I have been listening to their Christmas album, especially this song, on repeat the last week!

I hope you all have the best weekend and I’ll see you back here on Monday for the Holiday Lights Recap!

Oh. I love That’s Christmas To Me. I have this taped so hopefully I can watch it soon! Penatonix is wonderful. I SO want to go to NYC sometime during the holiday season. As does my mom; it’s on her bucket list. It just seems so beautiful. 🙂

Happy Friday! We are going to the city next weekend and I can’t wait to see it all decorated. That light tour looked amazing on your insta stories! I remember feeling overwhelmed dress shopping too, and it wasn’t the easiest for me to make a decision. I hope you have a great weekend! Sierra ~Beautifully Candid

Never made it out to Dyker Heights though heard a lot about it.
But we do go to Manhattan every year just to walk up and down 5th ave and take in all the window displays.

I’m not married, but the idea of one day shopping for wedding and bridesmaids dresses is very exciting to me! A few of the dresses in your pictures gave me heart-eyes! 🙂 Hope you have a great weekend, Amanda!

I have never been to New York! It is definitely on my list of places I want to visit. The lights alone look amazing. I am always so nervous about an upgrade too!! And I think I might need one soon. My phone has started responding slowly and restarting on its own. Weird. Happy Weekend!
