Yay for Friday! These weeks are just flying by. I’m sad July is coming to an end because July always holds so much fun for me. Here are my favorites for the week:

What I’ve Been Up Too

If you missed Wednesday’s post you can find it here. It’s a favorite this week because I love reading through the link up and seeing what everyones been up too. I also have been throughly enjoying my summer so in case you missed this fun link up with Mix and Match Mama, check it out! #WhatsUpWednesday

The Perfect White Sangria

White Sangria // Amanda's Cookin

This sangria from Amanda’s Cookin is a huge favorite at my family’s lake get togethers this summer. It’s the perfect mix of sweet and dry because we are not fans of the syrupy kinds of sangria. It’s also really easy to make and full of fruit!

52 Lists Project Journal

Does anyone else journal regularly? Even though this blog in a way fills that wish, I’ve been meaning for a few years to start writing things down in hard journal form. I figured I’d start off small when I found the perfect way to ease in to journaling once a week by writing in list form (love a good list) in the 52 Lists Project. I’m half way through the year and I look forward to every Friday when I turn the page for a new list to complete. The journal is divided into seasons with pretty depictions and a reminder about how to add more of whatever you are writing about into your life each week. It’s never to late to start it, just start with the season we are in! Check out more about Moorea Seal (the author), I just love her Instagram.

Coconut Oil and Dry Brushing

I’ve talked about this Dry Brush before, but the combo of using coconut oil and the brush once a week is doing wonders for my skin! Summer is always tough on my skin, with ocean, lake and pool water it drys out fast. Since using coconut oil my skin has remained soft and plus I feel better about not putting as many chemicals on my body. The dry brush has helped with tone and texture and getting rid of dry skin. I also think it has given me better circulation through out my body too! I can’t wait to see more improvement as the year goes on.

Nashville Live Music

Still in country music mode over here since getting back from Nashville earlier this week. I will have a post up on Monday about my itinerary while I was there and then of course a food/dessert post Wednesday!

Happy Friday Friends! I hope you have a fabulous weekend 🙂
