WHAT I’M EATING THIS WEEK:

I love making buzzfeed’s Tasty recipes! These jalapeño pinwheel poppers were a hit for Super Bowl.

WHAT I’M REMINISCING ABOUT:
Beach vacations! I swear everyone I know is on a beach this week and it makes me think about my past trips to tropical areas 🙂
WHAT I’M LOVING:
This podcast series is so interesting! I love finding out how everyone from Sara Blakely of Spanx to Melissa & Doug of the toy company Melissa & Doug got their ideas started. I’m excited to listen to the Kate Spade one and Richard Branson’s this week. Everyone’s stories have been so inspiring and motivating.
WHAT I’VE BEEN UP TO:
Just celebrating the Patriots win lol among other things but I’m going to ride the high until the end of the month for sure. My family and I still can’t believe it happened, we’ve been sending videos to each every day.
WHAT I’M DREADING:
Honestly, I couldn’t come up with one thing I was dreading in the near future and you know what I’ll take that. I’m thankful for everything going on in my life right now.
WHAT I’M WORKING ON:
I’m thinking of doing a Girlfriend Getaway travel guide series on the blog. I’m always thinking of quick trips to do with all the fabulous ladies in my life since I love traveling with them. I have some trips coming up that I will start the series off with so stay tuned!
WHAT I’M EXCITED ABOUT:
My 1 year blogging anniversary!! This past year has gone by so fast and I love being apart of this amazing community. I get so much from everyone else’s blogs and I hope you all get something out of mine weekly. Check out my post all about one year of blogging here to enter the fun giveaway I’m hosting to celebrate!
WHAT I’M WATCHING/READING:
Is it Halloween yet?! I can’t wait for second season so I’ve been rewatching the first season. If you are looking for your next show to binge on Netflix this is a good one and it’s only 8 episodes.
I’ve been trying to catch up on House of Cards before the next season starts. I’m also trying to get through Gilmore Girls, but I have to be in the right mindset for it.
I enjoyed Gretchen’s research on how our personalities affect our good and bad habits. The different chapters helped me think about both sets of my own habits and how I can improve them. Check out more of my thoughts here.
I just started this book and I’ve been told it’s makes you feel grateful for all you have. It’s about a doctor who gets diagnosed with cancer. I’ll report back soon!
WHAT I’M LISTENING TO:
A whole lot!
I’m still listening to this album on repeat. It’s just so good.
I love to workout to this playlist because it keeps me going. I figured I would name it Girl Power since its combination of all my favorite female artists who inspire me with good beats lol.
I also love working out to all the songs they play at Gillette Stadium during the Patriots games. I find them super motivating as well.

WHAT I’M WEARING:
I won’t lie the pictures of my outfits in my phone this month are mainly patriot related. However, if I remembered to take pictures of my other outfits they would be some of these items:
Rag & Bone Bedford Jean-These have been my favorite pair of jeans for a few years now! I wear them multiple times a week and they keep their shape perfectly.
Similar to my black Pleione top-perfect for my every day appointments and auditions 🙂
Bp V-Neck Sweater-Anything long sleeve but light in my closet is on rotation right now with the changing temps.
WHAT I’M DOING THIS WEEKEND:
MARDI GRAS & NEW ORLEANS! I’m so excited to be heading to Louisiana for the first time this weekend. I’ve always wanted to go to Mardi Gras and I thought why not now. It’s one of those things I wanted to do before 30. I will be doing posts/guides when I return next week, but follow along on Instagram for all the fun!
WHAT I’M LOOKING FORWARD TO NEXT MONTH:
Some vitamin sea in the Caribbean to celebrate my beautiful mother 🙂
WHAT ELSE IS NEW:
I don’t know if this is something new, but I’ve been keeping up with my short yoga videos and mediation this month. They really do make me feel better mentally and physically.
What is your “can’t live without” beauty product?
MAC Fluidline in Blacktrack was an easy pick for me. If I can only have one beauty item on my face, it’s always eyeliner. This one is my favorite because it goes on seamlessly, stays on all day/night, and comes off easy with eye makeup remover. I’ve been using it for YEARS and if they ever discontinue it, I seriously won’t know what to do with myself.
